Domestic Shipping Rates:
- Free Shipping - $25+ orders
- Economy Rate - Option available at checkout
- Express Rate - Option available at checkout
International Shipping Rates:
- Calculated at checkout
- Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility. Whaapo is not responsible for any additional fees charged by customs authorities.
Order Processing Time
Due the special time and attention we give to packaging, the time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In general, it takes 1-2 business days to process orders. Please note that processing time will change due to holiday season and store special occasions.
Shipping Times:
For free shipping and economy shipping domestic orders, expect your order to arrive between 5-8 business days. For express rate shipping, see estimated shipping time calculated at check out page.
In the rare event that a delivery is unsuccessful and a package is returned to Whaapo, we would be happy to refund the price of the items minus the shipping costs. Check out our return policy for more information.
